Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CMM Quality Inspector to join our team at KR Puram. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and programming CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and a strong understanding of quality inspection standards in manufacturing/engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CMM inspection of machined and fabricated components.
• Create and modify CMM programs based on part drawings and requirements.
• Verify dimensional accuracy of parts and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, measurement records, and calibration data.
• Identify and report non-conformances, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and inspection processes.
• Coordinate with production and design teams for quality improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in CMM operation or inspection.
• Good knowledge of CMM software (Zeiss / Mitutoyo / Hexagon preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T symbols.
• Basic understanding of ISO / quality systems documentation.
• Willingness to join immediately and work in KR Puram location.

Education:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering (preferred)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
