We are now seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Senior Marketing Leader to lead our next phase of growth:
turning our massive international fan data into a “Data-Driven K-POP Audience Intelligence Network.”
This role goes beyond traditional marketing. We are looking for a Growth Architect—a bilingual, tech-savvy strategist who can transform our multi-platform ecosystem into a global standard for K-POP fan experience, monetization, and culture.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Data-Driven Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies to elevate Studio PAV’s global presence across six regional hubs.
- Build a data-centric marketing infrastructure leveraging CRM, audience segmentation, affiliate programs, and fan behavior analytics.
- Lead long-term vision for turning community engagement into a scalable global culture ecosystem.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Oversee performance marketing initiatives including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, retargeting, and marketing automation.
- Drive SEO, social media strategy, content marketing, and cross-platform campaign integrations.
- Manage and optimize multichannel funnels across touring, ticketing, streaming, and merchandise.
Brand, Content, & Creative Direction
- Strengthen global brand identity through compelling storytelling, copywriting, and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee creative development using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Ensure alignment of campaigns with product launches, tour announcements, and market expansion initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, touring, and creative teams to unify branding and operational strategies.
- Develop market research frameworks—analyzing trends, customer insights, competitive data, and emerging technologies.
- Manage internal teams and external partners to ensure high-performance execution across regions.
Budgeting & Operational Excellence
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently across digital, social, creative, and on-ground initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and deliver data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Significant experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and multi-channel campaign leadership.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (required for communication with Korean HQ and global teams).
- Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, CRM, analytics, performance tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of advertising sales across print, digital, and e-commerce channels.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with WordPress or basic HTML.
- Proven ability in B2B and product marketing strategies.
- Exceptional copywriting, research, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Visionary leadership with a passion for innovation, digital transformation, and fan-centric ecosystem building.
