Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and maintain content across our websites using CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, or similar).
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely content updates.
• Monitor website performance, resolve content issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Implement SEO best practices and assist with digital content optimization.
• Maintain CMS workflows, user permissions, and site security protocols.
• Generate reports on website traffic, content performance, and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CMS Administrator, Web Content Administrator, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with popular CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
• Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and website maintenance best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
