CMS Developer | Wordpress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, HubSpot

XperLabs is seeking a highly skilled CMS Developer with a strong background in building, customizing, and managing websites on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and HubSpot. As part of our development team, you will collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable websites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating dynamic, engaging websites and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends in CMS development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, HubSpot, and other CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, etc.) to ensure websites meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Customize templates and themes based on client needs, ensuring websites are responsive and user-friendly.
• Manage and update existing websites, including troubleshooting and debugging issues.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and security.
• Maintain knowledge of current web development trends and CMS best practices.
• Implement integrations with third-party tools and services (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, analytics).
• Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience working with major CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, HubSpot).
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience in creating custom themes, plugins, and templates.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and marketing automation tools.
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
