CMS Development Intern (WordPress, Shopify, Wix)

We are seeking a CMS Development Intern (WordPress, Shopify, Wix) with hands-on academic or self-learned experience in WordPress, Shopify, and Wix to join our team at our Gulberg 3 office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

CMS Development & Customization

• Assist in customizing WordPress, Shopify, and Wix themes and templates based on project requirements.
• Support the development and maintenance of CMS-based websites with proper responsiveness and functionality.
• Collaborate with designers to implement clean, structured, and responsive layouts.

Troubleshooting & Optimization

• Help identify and resolve minor website issues, layout inconsistencies, or plugin/theme conflicts.
• Assist in basic website performance optimization using tools like GTmetrix and PageSpeed Insights.

Content Management

• Manage and update website content including text, images, banners, and product listings.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of content across all pages.

Front-End Support

• Assist in front-end tasks using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and basic JavaScript/jQuery.
• Follow modern front-end practices for responsive layouts.

Learning & Growth

• Work under the supervision of senior developers to learn professional workflows.
• Gain hands-on experience in live client projects and CMS best practices.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are preferred (BSCS, BSSE, or relevant field).
• Basic understanding of WordPress, Shopify, or Wix (academic, freelance, or self-learned).
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and basic PHP or JavaScript.
• Understanding of website structure, themes, plugins, and CMS workflows.
• Eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions.

Working Conditions

• Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore
• Office Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 05:00 PM

• Office Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
• Stipend: PKR 15,000 – 30,000 (based on real client project involvement, hands-on skills, and performance)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
