You’ll be part of a growing environment where creativity, problem-solving, and technical precision come together to build modern, scalable web experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Convert high-fidelity designs from Figma (or similar tools) into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.
• Create user interfaces without detailed mockups, using strong visual sense and modern UI/UX principles.
• Build responsive, mobile-first layouts that perform smoothly across all major browsers and devices.
• Work closely with designers and backend developers to align on design accuracy, usability, and implementation.
• Develop and customize frontends for CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
• Maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper Git version control.
• Ensure accessibility, performance optimization, and visual consistency across all pages.
• Stay updated with the latest web design and front-end development trends.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to translate designs from Figma or Sketch into pixel-accurate UIs.
• Skilled enough to build UI layouts and interactions without complete mockups.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern CSS frameworks.
• Experience with WordPress and Shopify front-end customization and theme integration.
• Understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals, color theory, spacing, and typography.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), semantic HTML, and best practices.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.

Bonus Skills

• Exposure to React.js or component-based frameworks.
• Knowledge of front-end performance metrics (LCP, CLS, etc.) and optimization.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools (Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.

Soft Skills

• Strong eye for aesthetics and usability.
• Self-starter attitude — able to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Open to feedback and continuous learning.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
