CMT - Certified Med Tech

Job Summary
We are seeking a CMT to join our team! This is a full-time position working 2pm to 10pm with flexibility in days. As a key staff member, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care by ensuring each resident gets the medications their physician has ordered. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medication management, with a passion for delivering exceptional care. Responsibilities

- Assist with medication administration, including checking blood sugars and administering insulins
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate medical records using Point Click Care electronic health record system
- Support patients with their daily care needs, including assisting with personal hygiene and mobility as needed
- Collaborate with others on the healthcare team
- Participate in in-service training and education to stay current with industry best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
