What You'll Need:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license – Missouri (required)

• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) – Missouri (preferred or willingness to train)

• BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

• Compassion, reliability, and great communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer daily medications per physician orders and MAR

• Accurately document medication administration and resident response

• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff or physician

• Assist residents with daily living activities: hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and comfort care

• Support meal service, snacks, and hydration per policy

• Check residents regularly and promptly respond to call lights

• Prepare and restock medication supplies and maintain proper documentation

• Collaborate with med techs, aides, and nursing staff for quality care continuity

• Assist nurses during examinations and treatments

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident areas

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing
