Job Title: CNA/ Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Louisville, KY

Flexible schedule (No fixed working hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health or well-being
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client
• Ensure punctuality and professionalism in all interactions
• Adapt to flexible schedules to accommodate client needs

Qualifications:

• Must have CNA Certificate
• Must be able to utilise a mechanical Hoyer lift to transfer patient
• Must have own car and Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in home health care is a must
• Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Excellent communication skills
