CNA and PCAs Needed all shifts

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our dynamic healthcare team across all shifts. Duties

• Deliver direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
• Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature; accurately document findings in electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Cerner or eClinicalWorks.
• Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper handling and adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
• Assist with specialized care needs including Alzheimer’s/dementia care, memory care, hospice support, and behavioral health interventions.
• Maintain a safe environment by following aseptic techniques during procedures like catheter care and phlebotomy; uphold infection control protocols for infectious disease care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in acute care settings such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers, providing critical support in emergency medicine or trauma situations.
• Engage in patient education and emotional support to enhance overall well-being; work with individuals across pediatrics, geriatrics, and patients with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification or PCA certification required; relevant experience highly preferred.
• Experience working in various healthcare environments including hospitals (ICU, ER), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or outpatient clinics.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS).
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Cerner or eClinicalWorks is a plus.
• Prior experience with specialized care such as Alzheimer’s/dementia/memory care or post-acute/sub-acute settings is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team; compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks safely; comfort working across all shifts including nights and weekends. Pay: $11.75 - $16.50 per hour
