Job Summary
The Personal Care Aide plays a vital role in providing high-quality care to clients in the clients' homes. This position involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and supporting the team in delivering effective client care. The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate demeanor and a strong commitment to patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Help clients with mobility issues by providing support during transfers and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.

Skills

• Knowledge of home care practices and principles of acute care settings.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
