CNA Responsibilities

Our CNAs provide high-quality, one-on-one care in the comfort of clients’ homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility assistance
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Monitoring client condition and communicating changes
• Supporting clients living with dementia or mobility challenges
• Light housekeeping and household support
• Transportation to appointments or errands when needed
• Providing companionship, engagement, and emotional support
• Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards at all times

We are seeking CNAs who understand that great home care is about more than tasks — it’s about preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Active CNA license preferred
• Prior professional home care experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 7 years of caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Experience working independently in a client’s home
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Experience with transfers, gait belts, and personal care
• Dementia care experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 45+ pounds
• NON-SMOKING POLICY due to client health considerations
