Duties

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide support in mobility and physical activities for patients.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health records.
• Assist in transporting patients within the facility as needed.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
