Job Summary:

Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our behavioral unit team in Lebanon, Ohio. As an STNA on our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

• Must be certified as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the State of Ohio

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience as an STNA (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
