CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Home Care

Are you a licensed Home Care CNA in Lincoln, Rhode Island? CareCo Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients and make a meaningful, personal impact every day.

We are offering a starting hourly rate of $30 an hour.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  
• Immediate start available
• Consistent daytime hours

Key Responsibilities

• Care Coverage: Provide timely, professional care coverage when needed, ensuring clients receive continuous support.
• Client Outreach: Act as a CareCo ambassador by introducing our services to new clients and maintaining effective communication.
• Adaptability: Assist with scheduling adjustments and adapt to changing needs to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification
• Two forms of valid identification
• Smartphone for scheduling and payroll
• Attendance at a mandatory, paid in-person orientation
