CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant/ Home Health Aide

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aides to join our healthcare team. The Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aides will provide direct in-home patient care and support to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist nursing staff with medical procedures
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Skills:
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles
- Proficiency in catheter care techniques
- Familiarity with hospice care practices
- Strong patient service orientation
- Ability to use eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Pediatric experience is a plus
- Proficient in medical terminology

Pay: $17.00 per hour
