Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with medication management and administration, as needed

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, promoting a positive and engaging environment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

Requirements:

• Valid STNA certification

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Emotional stability and empathy for residents' needs

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working Environment:

• Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Lebanon, Ohio
