Job Summary:

Meadowbrook Care Center, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our Nightshift team. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their overall well-being, and supporting the health care team. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Providing basic care and hygiene, including vital signs and wound care

  • Assisting with medication administration and treatments

  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

• Collaborate with the health care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care and services

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Must be a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certified in the state of Ohio

• 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and precision
