Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part time

Pay Range: $18-$21 an hour depending on experiences

Available Shifts: PRN- any of the following shifts when available.

• Day shift 6am to 2pm ( Part time) Sunday
• Evening shift 2pm to 10pm ( Part time) Mon, Tues, and Thursday
• NOC shift 10pm to 6am ( Part time) Sunday

Requirements:

• Arizona CNA license required
• Active TB or ability to obtain in first 30 days
• Finger Print Clearance card
• CPR certified

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions in EMR and EHR systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Support patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:

• Skilled nursing facility: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CNA (Required)
