Shift Hours:

Week 1 - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Week 2 - Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

• Assist with vital signs, bed mobility, and other essential care tasks

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely and with care

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
