Responsibilities

• CNA Support: Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with resident care and daily activities on the floor from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Patient Care: Provide general care to residents, including vital sign checks, feeding, and bathing
• Therapeutic Support: Engage with patients through activities, conversation, and other therapies to promote overall well-being
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a long-term care setting or similar healthcare environment; 0 years of experience required
• Certification: Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification; ability to obtain certification if not currently certified
