CNA / HHA / PCA - Part Time and Full Time

Job Summary
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in a rewarding part-time or full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc
• Provide companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation
• Assist with specialized care needs including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, Parkinson's, etc.
• Maintain a safe environment by following infection control protocols for infectious disease care and practicing proper hand hygiene.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred
• Experience working in diverse healthcare environments including hospitals (medical-surgical units, ICU), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings preferred
• Prior experience with senior care, geriatrics or behavioral health is highly valued
• Ability to work effectively with patients requiring specialized attention such as dementia or memory care patients
• Strong communication skills coupled with compassion and patience for working with individuals of all ages and abilities
• Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
