About CDR Healthcare Training Center

CDR Healthcare Training Center is a new vocational training provider located in Winter Haven, Florida.

We are in the final stages of approval with the Florida Board of Nursing to offer a 120-hour Hybrid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program that combines online instruction, in-person lab skills, and supervised clinical practice.

We are seeking qualified and passionate nurses who would like to join our team as CNA Instructors to help establish and grow our state-approved program once approval is granted.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and implementing CNA curriculum in alignment with Florida Board of Nursing Rule 64B9-15, F.A.C.
• Provide instruction in classroom (Zoom) and in-person lab settings once the program begins
• Supervise and evaluate students during clinical training (after approval)
• Support curriculum planning, skills lab setup, and compliance readiness during pre-launch phase
• Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and regulatory documentation
• Promote a professional and positive learning environment

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a long-term care facility (required)
• Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required — training provided
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Must pass a Level 2 background screening

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
