Assisted Living SLC - CNA/Med Tech
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced and dedicated CNA/Med Tech to join our team, providing essential support in delivering high-quality patient care across various settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with patients, assisting with daily activities and medical needs while ensuring a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to enhancing patient well-being through skilled caregiving and medical assistance. Assisted Living and Memory Care positions available. All Shifts - Must be willing to work 1 day on the Weekend

Openings for:

Tuesday- Saturday 6am to 2pm Med Tech - must have prior med tech expereince

Sunday- Thursday 6am to 2pm Med Tech - must have prior med tech expereince

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 2pm to 10pm Med Tech - must have prior med tech experience

NOC - Friday- Monday Med Tech - 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, accurately documenting all findings in electronic health records .
• Administer medications and treatments following prescribed orders while adhering to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, memory impairments, or behavioral health conditions across long-term care or assisted living facilities.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient care activities while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

Skills

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient management.
• New/inexperienced Caregivers are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and provide compassionate patient service.
