• Night Shift (11p-7:30a)
• PA wages: $17-$24/hr.
• CNA wages: $19 - $25.75/ hr.
• Extra $2/hr. for every hour worked on the night shift
• Weekend premium pay - extra $5/hr. for every hour worked on Saturday and Sundays!

No experience necessary, we will train you.

Job Overview
This position is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the resident’s physical and emotional well-being for those residents living at Cornerstone Residence. This position assists residents with tasks of daily living as indicated on the Service Agreement, the Medication Administration Record (MAR), and other services as delegated by the RN.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in healthcare, senior living, customer service, or administrative support
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
• Genuine passion for working with older adults

This position plays an important role in supporting both the residents and the care team while helping create a warm, supportive environment.

Job Functions and tasks:

• Medication administration in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Provide personal care and direct support to residents with dignity and compassion
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including grooming, dressing, mobility, and meals
• Accurate documentation and timely reporting of resident care, observations, and concerns
• Maintain knowledge of and compliance with state regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
• Support and participate in resident activity programming and engagement opportunities
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition
• Work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality resident-centered care
