CNA or RA

RA $16.50 AND CNA $18.25 FOR EVENING SHIFT, NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

-Copper Creek Cottages in Litchfield, IL is now hiring FULL-TIME AND PART TIME CNAs/RAs for EVENING SHIFT AND NIGHT SHIFT. Weekend flexibility is required for each position.

These positions are to assist the Administrative/Nursing team by ensuring the very best quality of care is given to each resident who calls our facility home and to assist residents in all daily living as needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

- Attending to everyday needs such as bathing, grooming, toileting, walking, sitting, transferring, etc.

- Assist in transporting them as needed to/from mealtime, activities, & in-house therapies

- Learning about each resident, monitoring their wellness & communicating/documenting any changes to nursing & management team immediately

- Ensuring that all nursing care is provided in privacy and always maintaining confidentiality including HIIPA

- Answering call buttons in a timely manner

Each CNA/RA shift has a specific list of daily duties that must be completed, documented and provided to shift management upon completion of shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid CNA Certification

- High School Diploma or GED

- Weekend flexibility is required for each position/shift

- CPR Certification is a plus
