Shift Hours:

Week 1 - Sunday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

Week 2 - Sunday and Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff
