Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our part-time team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

• Assist with mobility and transfer of residents, as needed

• Take vital signs and monitor resident conditions

• Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and services

• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
