$1,000 LONGEVITY BONUS - UNLIMITED $300 REFERRAL BONUSES

As a member of our SOS team, you must:<ul><li>
be flexible to work any shift</li><li>
be on-call to work in any of our 5 facilities (located in Catoosa, Owasso, Mannford, Sand Springs, and Ponca City)</li><li>
have your CNA CERTIFICATION</li><li>
have reliable transportation</li><li>
have a professional appearance/attitude</li><li>
must have long-term care experience</li><li>
must have point click care experience</li><li>
guaranteed 1 weekend off per month</li></ul> 
You will be an advocate for our residents and we want you to excel in this role. Comprehensive training will be provided to assure your success as an SOS CNA with our company.</div>
