CNA Trainee

Pines of Sarasota is currently seeking qualified candidates who are interested in starting their career in healthcare by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant- CNA

The CNA Trainee will receive on-site classroom instruction consisting of theory with hands-on clinical skills and competency evaluation. Trainees are fully compensated during their training and classroom time. Upon receipt of Florida Certified Nursing Assistant certification, successful graduates will be given full benefits, and an increase in pay with their full-time position.

The ideal CNA Trainee will meet the following requirements:

• Completion of high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age
• Able to understand and follow verbal instructions issued in English.
• English reading and writing skills sufficient to document actions taken.

**If you voluntarily terminate employment with Pines of Sarasota after completion of the course and prior to completing six (6) consecutive months of active employment, you will refund the entire amount of the educational expenses provided to you.**

**If you are terminated due to disciplinary or performance issues, you will refund a prorated amount based on the total amount of educational expenses provided divided by the percentage of time left in months from 6 months that you did not continue working.**
