CNA/Caregiver - Second Shift (Assisted Living ) FULL TIME

Avonlea Cottage, a well established Assisted Living Facility in Milan, IL, is currently hiring a FULL TIME Caregiver - Second Shift to provide care and support to our residents. This is a hands-on role for compassionate individuals who take pride in helping others and are committed to excellence in senior care.

Position: Caregiver - Second Shift

• Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Every other weekend Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Setting: Residential Assisted Living

Responsibilities of the Caregiver - Second Shift:

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
• Monitor and support residents physical and emotional well-being throughout the late afternoon and evening hours.
• Laundry as needed, and tasks as assigned by Nurse supervisor.
• Ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and secure.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.

Qualifications for the Caregiver - Second Shift Role:

• Experience as a Caregiver or CNA in an assisted living or long-term care setting.
• Must pass a Healthcare Worker Background

Check

• Patience, integrity, and a genuine love for working with elderly populations
• Ability to work independently during shift.
• Must be able to lift, move, and transfer residents as needed
• Good prior work history.
