Job Summary
We have full-time opportunities for experienced Resident Care Specialists to help care for patients in our Assisted Living Facility. The successful candidate will be well-versed in long term care. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual.

The hours are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. Currently. Must be available to work on weekends (EOW).

You must be able to pass a Level II background screen.

Duties

• Assist residents with all daily living activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home community care, group homes, or retirement homes is preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to assist residents as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
• Understanding of medication administration processes and adherence to prescribed guidelines.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others maintain their quality of life.
