Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CNA/CMT to perform patient care in our facility. The CNA/CMT will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care. This position requires a strong work ethic , clinical experience, and a compassionate approach to patient care, particularly for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Under the direct supervision of the charge nurse and director of nursing to ensure optimal patient care.
- Follow individualized care plans for the individualized care of the patients.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications (CMTs) as prescribed.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and reporting any changes to the charge nurse.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Requirements
- Valid nursing license (CNA or CMT) in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in patient care, particularly in senior care or geriatrics.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and clinical judgment.
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with inpatient settings and clinic operations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a compassionate demeanor.

Pay: $17.50 - $21.98 per hour
