CNA/CMT NEEDED

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medical Technicians (CMTs) to join our healthcare team. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality care inside the patient's home. Ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to patient well-being, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced medical settings. Experience with diverse patient populations.

Duties

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions to report changes promptly
• Administration of Suppositories
• Document patient information accurately using EMR/EHR systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Support patients with mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts and ensure safety during transfers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols
• Social Support

Experience

• Prior experience with paralyzed patients preferred
• Experience using Hoyer Lift
• Experience in Home Care environments
• Certification in CPR AND FIRST AID
• Current TB Test (within 2 years)
• Ability to work effectively within fast-paced environments
• Client requesting a fun outgoing personality

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
