Overview

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as in-facility care aide. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry
• Implement care plans tailored to each client's specific needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
• Engage in activities that stimulate the mind and body of clients
• Follow proper procedures for patient observation

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals in assisted living or memory care settings is preferred
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs
• Knowledge of creating and implementing care plans
• Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals for clients
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
