Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively with individuals with varying needs, including those with developmental disabilities and memory care requirements.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety of clients during movement.
• Administer basic medical care, including catheter care and medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of services provided.
• Support clients with memory care techniques to promote cognitive function and engagement.
