Job Summary

Waterman Village Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs and HHAs to provide home health care services to residents within a large senior community in Mount Dora, FL and throughout Lake County, FL. This role involves delivering personalized care to residents in their private residences on campus, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality home care services to residents in their private residences within the community.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors and healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in home health care.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
