We are looking for Home Health aides and CNAs to provide compassionate care to elderly individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working with geriatrics, is knowledgeable about home health care services, and is committed to providing exceptional care. The caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, providing personal care assistance, assisting with ambulation, meal prep and companionship, and helping with light housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly patients.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Monitor patient's health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments or errands.
• Assist with medication reminders and other health-related tasks as assigned by the care plan

Must meet all AHCA requirements and regulations.
