CNA/Med Tech

Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our care team. The Med Tech plays a key role in supporting residents’ health and well-being by safely administering medications and assisting with daily care needs.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer medications as prescribed and document per state guidelines.
• Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition and promptly report concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, meals, mobility, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and promote a safe, supportive environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA license is required for this position
• Previous experience in assisted living or healthcare preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient with a desire to support seniors.
• Must pass background check and meet state training requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
