Responsibilities:

Registered Medication Aide
MedTech/CNA

• $1.00 evening, night and weekend shift diff.
• Must be a valid Registered Medication Aide
• Supervision of CNAS, NA and DCA
• Administer medications to residents in accordance with policy and state regulations.
• Assists residents in daily activities
• Ensure accurate completion of all docuements
• Notifies nurse of any changes in condition or potential problem with residents.
• Communicates necessary information effectively to all staff, residents & family members.
• Arrives to work on time for scheduled shift.
• Promotes teamwork & positivity.
• Provides support to other resident care and staff.
• Provides positive customer service.
• Assist with transporation of residents
• All other duties as assigned
• Physical ability to lift, push pull of up to 50 lbs or more
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

DCA/CNA

• Must hold a valid CNA, NA or DCA certificate
• Assists residents in daily activities

• Transporting residents to and from appointments when required- Valid drivers license required.
