CNA/PCA/Caregiver in the Baxley area needed immediately

Job Overview
We are urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), PCA (Personal Care Assistant), or caregiver professionals to join our team in the Baxley area. Duties

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary
  • Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or memory-related conditions, including memory care strategies and behavioral health support
  • Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care and basic life support during emergencies in home environments.
  • Prepare meals according to dietary plans.
  • Accompany client to and from appointments, visits, pharmacy, grocery store, and etc.
  • Requirements
  • MUST BE COMMITTED TO ARRIVING ON TIME FOR YOUR SHIFT FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR SHIFT AND TO YOUR CLIENT FOR THE ENTIRE SHIFT. COMMITTED TO YOUR CLIENT'S HEALTH AND WELLBEING AT ALL TIMES. BE LOVING, CARING, GENTLE, RESPECTFUL, AND COMMITTED IS A MUST HAVE!
  • Valid CNA certification or equivalent licensure; PCA or caregiver certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience working in the home health care, hospice care, or behavioral health environments is highly valued
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient safety protocols including HIPAA compliance
  • Prior experience in long-term care facilities like nursing homes or assisted living communities; home & community care experience is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges across diverse age groups including seniors

Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour
