CNA/PCA/CAREGIVERS Needed in Madison, CT

Oxford Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients in the Madison and surrounding areas. If you have experience in dementia and memory care and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! This role involves assisting clients with activities of daily living, companionship, and ensuring their overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license, registered & insured vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care, senior care, or community care
• Experience with dementia/memory loss care preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• CPR certification is a plus
• Ability to pass state and national background checks

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, personal hygiene)
• Meal preparation and assistance with soft diets
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable home environment
