Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart or Red Cross)
• Certificate of negative TB test
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Current proof of auto insurance
• Photocopy of Social Security Card
• CNA License or completed HHA competency test
• Federal fingerprinting requirement (Gchecxs)
• Physical examination

Essential Duties:

• Follow the client's care plan
• Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and homemaking
• Provide medication reminders, mobility support, and transportation

Experience & Education:

• Minimum of 5 years caregiving experience with verifiable references
• Specialized training required; CNA or HHA certification preferred
