Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, accurately documenting all patient information within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Axis Care.
• Support medication administration under supervision, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to maintain patient safety.
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care strategies and Clients in Independent care facilities.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a CNA, GNA, CMT and BLS are preferred.
• Experience working in various healthcare environments, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to caregiving; ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols diligently. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
