CNA/Staffing Coordinator

Qualifications:

·Certified Nursing Aide & Certified Medication Aide licenses in the state of Texas ONLY is required!

Duties:

· Responsible for ensuring facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations

· Organizes and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies

· Works with other departments in filling vacant positions to meet facility staffing requirements

· Keeps attendance records

· Responds to employee calls regarding scheduling issues, and prepares written correspondence as necessary.

· Previous staffing experience is required

· Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members

· Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)

· Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
