Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Bending Operator to join our fabrication and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in operating CNC bending machines and working with metal sheets used in automotive, truck body, and fabrication works.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC bending machines (press brake) as per drawings and specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and bending programs
• Set up machines, tools, and bending parameters accurately
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of bent components
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Coordinate with fabrication and production teams
• Maintain safety standards and workshop discipline

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Bending / Press Brake Operator
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication (steel, aluminum, sheets)
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience in automotive, truck body, or industrial fabrication is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CNC controllers
• Knowledge of tooling selection and bending calculations
• Familiarity with workshop safety standards
