CNC Designer and Machine Operater

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer & Operator with strong expertise in 3-Axis, 4-Axis, and 5-Axis machines. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in both CNC programming (design) and machine operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC machines (3-Axis, 4-Axis, 5-Axis).
• Create precise designs and toolpaths using SurfMill, Surfcam, and AutoCAD.
• Review technical drawings and ensure high-quality machining.
• Setup, calibrate, and maintain CNC machines for accurate production.
• Work with the production team to deliver custom parts and prototypes.
• Troubleshoot issues with design files, programming, or machine operation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC programming & operation.
• Strong knowledge of SurfMill, Surfcam, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to handle both designing (CAD/CAM) and machine operation.
• Familiar with materials (metal, acrylic, plastics, wood, etc.).
• Attention to detail and commitment to precision.
