CNC Lathe Programmer / Operator 1st Shift

We’re looking for an experienced Lathe Programmer / Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality parts and wants to grow with a company that respects skill and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Program, set up, and operate Miyano lathes with Mitsubishi controls and bar feeders.
• Perform first article inspections and make offset adjustments.
• Load bar-stock and maintain production efficiency.
• Keep accurate inspection and production records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Machine Maintenance tasks.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

• Experience programming, setting up, and running CNC Lathes with bar feeders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading, and GD&T skills.
• Troubleshooting
• Strong mechanical aptitude with blueprint reading and precision measurement skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable.

Physical: Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Schedule: First Shift, Monday through Friday, 6am-2pm, Overtime available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour
