CNC Machine Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities

1. CNC Machine Maintenance & Operations

Lead the plant engineering and maintenance activities for machine shop equipment.

Independently handle maintenance for CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.

Experience with machines such as DMG MORI 6300, DOOSAN 1250, STARRAG HECHERT, BFW, ACE, HNUMAT.

2. Troubleshooting & Technical Expertise

Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical alarms related to CNC machines (ATC, APC, etc.).

Perform troubleshooting of hydraulics, valves, coils, PLC systems, and related components.

Identify and resolve root causes of ATC/APC alarms for machine recovery.

3. Preventive Maintenance & TPM

Ensure 100% execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.

Knowledge and hands‑on execution of TPM, JH, PM Pillar activities.

Ensure reduction of breakdowns and maximize machine uptime.

4. Cost Optimization & Improvement Initiatives

Execute cost-saving projects related to power, water, oil, coolant, and other consumables.

Drive continual improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, OPL (One Point Lessons).

5. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain all technical and maintenance documentation in line with ISO, IATF and organizational standards.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance in all maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.

5–10 years of hands‑on experience in CNC, VMC, and HMC machine maintenance .

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and lead maintenance improvements effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
