Chapter 2, Inc. is hiring CNC Machine Operators to join our growing production team on 1st shift. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in precision work, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC lathes, mills, and related machinery
• Read blueprints and GD&T specifications
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Make offsets and tool changes as needed
• Follow safety, quality, and preventive maintenance procedures
• Document production and quality data

What We’re Looking For

• CNC machining experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting
• Works well independently and as part of a team
